The organizing committee of the BCAK Share the Care golf tournament is excited to announce we have a new contest this year.

 

A trivia contest, sponsored by Today's Woman Traveller and Debbie Lloyd.  There will be 18 trivia questions, each question posted on the hole donor sign at the tee, and an answer sheet on your cart.  You will work as a team.

 

You can cheat all you want - google, ask Siri - - - because the winning team will not necessarily have all 18 questions correct.  Who knows, the contest coordinator may decide that the winning team will only have 12 correct answers and all those with 12 answers will be entered in a draw.  Only one winning team!!!  Here's a couple of sample questions to tweek your curiosity.....

 

Q:   We know that a Birdie is a score of 1 under par, and an Eagle is a score of 2 under par, but what type of bird is associated with a score of 3 under par?

A:  Albatross

Q:   Established in 1897, Napanee Golf and Country Club is one of Canada's oldest nine hole golf courses. What famous golfer set the 18-hole course record of 7 under par (63) on August 30, 1959.
