History
Breast Cancer Action Kingston was established in the spring of 1993 when three survivors, Brenda Cupido, Marj Stefan and Angie Watson, were unable to find a local breast cancer support group. These three, along with Maxine Cupido, set up the grass roots of Breast Cancer Action Kingston.
Also in 1993, David Cupido and his family organized a golf tournament in memory of Brenda Cupido and all the proceeds were donated to Breast Cancer Action Kingston.
Breast Cancer Action Kingston’s first golf tournament was the fall of 2006. In 2007 David and his tournament merged with the Breast Cancer Action Kingston tournament forming the “Share the Care” golf tournament. David has been a guiding hand in the Share the Care Golf Tournament ever since.
